- “Fantum”: Refers to the website, app, and all services provided by [Fantum].
- “User” or “You”: Refers to any individual or entity using Fantum.
- “Content”: Refers to any data, text, files, music, audio, photos, graphics, videos, or other material you upload, share, or interact with on Fantum.
- “Account”: Refers to your registered user profile on Fantum.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
- Eligibility: You must be at least 14 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use Fantum. If Fantum discovers that you are under the age requirement and do not have parental or guardian consent, your account will be disabled.
- Account Creation: You are responsible for ensuring that your account details are accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date.
- Username Policy: Fantum reserves the right to reclaim usernames if they are associated with publicly known or famous individuals and are being used in a way that may mislead or impersonate. If your username is subject to reclaim, you will be notified and given an opportunity to update your username.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.
3. Use of Fantum Services
- Grant of License: Fantum grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fantum in compliance with these Terms.
- Permitted Use: Fantum is intended for artists, musicians, podcasters, and creators to share and promote their work. Any other use is prohibited without our prior written consent.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise offensive.
- Use Fantum to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with Fantum’s software or systems.
